Synthesised.ai is a production AI consulting studio headquartered in Singapore, working with businesses in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. We scope, build and hand over AI systems that run inside a client’s own operations, from a readiness assessment through to a production build. Synthesised.ai is the consulting brand of Synthesised AI Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201634844R).
Why the studio exists
Most enterprise AI programmes that stall have the same gaps. A proof of concept works but has no evaluation set, so nobody can say whether a change made it better or worse. A deployed system has no observability, so problems surface as complaints rather than alerts. A tender asks for governance evidence and there is none to hand over.
Synthesised.ai exists to close those gaps during the build, before they become incidents. The evaluation, monitoring and governance work is agreed at the start of each engagement and delivered with the system, rather than sold afterwards as a separate project.
How we work
Engagements follow three plain stages:
- Discover. Map the process, the data and the people involved, and decide what is worth building.
- Prototype. Build a working version against the client’s real data and test it against agreed measures.
- Productionise. Harden, integrate and hand over the system, with the monitoring and records the client needs to run it.
Evaluation, observability and governance controls run across all three stages. This is a way of describing common good delivery practice, adapted to each engagement. It is not a proprietary or trademarked method, and phase lengths vary with scope. How an engagement runs, step by step.
Who founded it
Kevin Dam founded Synthesised.ai to apply engineering discipline to production generative AI. He builds with AI tools in his own business and applies what works there to client engagements.
Kevin leads the studio from Singapore and assigns a delivery team to each engagement.
The systems Synthesised.ai has delivered under his direction include a search-visibility audit tool that scores enterprise websites for traditional and AI search, a multi-tenant content-production platform, and a revenue-and-operations platform for a management consultancy. What we say plainly about ourselves
- No certification is held. Synthesised.ai builds to ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and Australia’s Guidance for AI Adoption, and is working towards ISO/IEC 42001 certification, a SOC 2 report and IMDA AI Verify testing. The exact position for each is on the Certifications & partnerships page.
- No partner tier is claimed. We work with Anthropic and Google technology and display no partner badge until a tier is confirmed.
- No rate card. Every engagement is scoped first, so prices are given in a proposal rather than on the site.
- No client logos or testimonials until a client has agreed in writing. Our case studies describe the work without naming clients, and label every figure as client-reported or modelled.
