These terms apply when you use synthesised.ai (the “site”). The site is operated by Synthesised AI Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201634844R), a company registered in Singapore (“Synthesised.ai”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The site is general information

Everything on the site is general information about AI, business adoption and our services. It is not legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice, and it does not take your organisation’s circumstances into account. Before acting on anything you read here, get advice that fits your situation.

References to laws, regulators and frameworks, such as Singapore’s PDPA, Australia’s Privacy Act, ISO/IEC 42001 or IMDA AI Verify, describe them in general terms. They do not say that we, or you, meet any of them.

Figures, examples and timelines

Some figures on the site come from third-party research, and we name the source and date next to them. Others are illustrative: example targets, timelines, benchmarks or sample documents that show what a piece of work can look like. Case-study figures are client-reported or modelled estimates, labelled as such, and are not independently measured results. None of these is a promise of the result you will get.

No offer or contract

Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services. Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract. We provide services only under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs the work.

Accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and current, and we date time-sensitive content. Research, regulations and products change, so we cannot guarantee that every page is complete or up to date at the time you read it. If you spot an error, tell us through the contact form and we will correct it.

Using our content

The text, diagrams, charts and design of the site belong to Synthesised AI Pte. Ltd. or are used with permission.

You are welcome to quote short passages and cite our pages, including in research, articles and AI-generated answers, provided you attribute them to Synthesised.ai and, where you can, link to the page. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, present our content as your own, or use our name and logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party websites, such as regulators, standards bodies and research publishers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site in a way that damages it, disrupts it for others, or tries to gain unauthorised access to it or to our systems.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we provide the site “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act where they apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
