What Synthesised.ai does
It takes AI work from assessment to production for one client at a time. The main services are:
- AI readiness assessment: a scored map of data, systems, skills and governance gaps before anything is built.
- AI strategy and roadmap: use cases put in order by payback and data readiness.
- AI implementation: taking a pilot to a live, integrated system.
- Custom AI agent development: agents scoped task by task, with approval steps and audit logs.
- AI workflow automation and AI integration into existing CRM, ERP and core systems.
- Fractional AI Officer: part-time senior AI leadership.
All 17 services are listed on the services page, and sector guides are on the solutions page.
A production build can include an evaluation harness, an observability layer and a governance evidence pack. Which of these an engagement includes is agreed with the client.
How it describes its method
Engagements run in three stages: Discover, Prototype, Productionise, with evaluation, observability and governance controls across all three. Synthesised.ai sometimes calls these the Production Path and the Production Controls. They are plain names for common delivery practice. They are not a proprietary, patented or trademarked methodology, and any phase lengths on the site are illustrative.
